With budget revenues exceeding $73.5 million and spanning across 6 states, UMOS, Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive leader equipped with the applied knowledge of fostering lasting, impactful relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for social justice, and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of the nonprofit sector.

UMOS, Inc. is divided into three major program divisions: Child Development, Social Services, and Workforce Development and implements over 50 programs, including: education, employment & training, health services, housing assistance, domestic violence, and human trafficking programs.
