Kaye Hartmann is the Vice President of Planning & Resource Development. In this role, she oversees strategic planning, quality assurance, and communications; researches and evaluates funding opportunities; and develops resources for all UMOS programs.

As part of the executive leadership team, Ms. Hartmann contributes to UMOS’ mission of providing quality, results-oriented, and cost-effective programs and services. Her extensive experience in nonprofit management and resource development has been instrumental in advancing UMOS’ initiatives across child development, workforce development, and social services.

Kaye Hartmann holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
