Employment and Training

UMOS provides employment and training assistance for job seekers as employers. Employment staff guide job seekers to the ultimate goal of longterm independence through gainful employment, while assisting the employer community with workforce development needs. Services include: Assessment, Workshops, Pre-screening, Job Club, Community Service Jobs, Training, Recruitments, Trial Jobs, Placement, Retention, and Job Advancement. Comprehensive services in these areas help to ensure that job seekers are prepared to make a positive impact the workforce.
