Client Fees

UMOS Immigration Services will be provided on a sliding scale, flat fee rate based on a client’s income.

Proof of income must be presented and will be verified at the initial consult. The flat fee does not cover filing fees and costs associated with the client’s case.

Clients are responsible for paying filing fees and costs required by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

UMOS’ Immigration Services was created in order to provide affordable legal services to our migrant and immigrant community. Our program depends on client fees in order to continue to provide affordable legal services.
