This is an education and outreach program providing information on fair housing to people in South Dakota and Minnesota.

- Services Provided – This program provides information and outreach to migrants, minorities and other people who suffer from housing discrimination. Information on fair housing and rights under the fair housing law is provided, and education to other organizations, landlords, etc. is provided in order to prevent housing discrimination. Referral to HUD is provided to anyone who feels he/she has suffered from housing discrimination.
- Funding Sources – This is funded under Housing and Urban Development.
- Populations Served – Migrants and other minorities are outreached under this program, but referral can be made for anyone feeling he/she has been the victim of housing discrimination.
- Goals and Objectives - Provide fair housing information to migrants, immigrants and other minorities in order inform them of their rights under Fair Housing law, provide seminars and presentations to local organizations to sensitize them to immigrant populations and fair housing law, and to increase assertion of rights under the fair housing law.
- Program Outcomes/Performance Benchmarks - 1000 migrant, immigrant and other minorities Wisconsin receive information on Fair Housing, which Wisconsin result in 100 fair housing problems being reported to HUD.
- Locations & Hours of Operation - Sioux Falls, SD, normal business hours.
