USDA Rural Development-Technical Assistance Provider

The UMOS organization in Minnesota is providing and will continue to provide technical assistance services to other non-profit organizations, government entities, etc. for the purpose of developing a complete application to be submitted to USDA for the Farm Labor Housing Program. UMOS will conduct outreach and marketing of this program and service to non-profits, community members, community action agencies, employers and others seeking housing for migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Currently, UMOS is working with Wright County Housing, Inc. in Clarion, Iowa, Centro Campesino of Owatonna, Minnesota and Renville County Migrant Housing Task Force of Olivia, Minnesota.
