Community Learning Center (CLC)
For the past 9 years, UMOS, in conjunction with Kosciuszko Middle/Montessori
School and a number of community partners, provided an after school program.
The after school program was based on the broad goals of day school-linked
academics, quality recreational activities, and family involvement. The UMOS
CLC engaged primarily middle school students ranging from 11-15 years of age,
and also provided childcare for a limited number of Montessori students from
four to five years of age.
