People, Passion, Progress is the theme of this years annual report. Everyday I see the professionalism of our staff and the passion in which they go about meeting the needs of those we serve, as well as meeting the expectations of our funding sources.
Passion and professionalism have lead to another year of progress for the organization. UMOS continues to be viewed as a progressive agency at the local, regional and national levels. UMOS continues to be viewed as innovators in our four major program areas: Workforce Development, Education, Child Development, and Social Services, which includes Housing, Health Promotions, and Domestic Violence Programs. UMOS is also viewed as a leader among high performing, nonprofit organizations.
